Meet Tony Giuffreda - CRM/T, CNLP, Cht, CHHP, CTLT, CMT
Reiki Master / Teacher / Practitioner
While working in the corporate world for over 30 years, Tony came to realize the most important aspects of life were: self-development and realization, health (physical and mental well being), and promoting overall wellness in others.
Tony had already been involved in assisting and mentoring others. He counseled children and families for years through various state programs/facilities; taught and trained neurologically and cognitively impaired children and adults, as well as non-impaired children and adults at the Twin Dragon Kenpo Karate Studio; and coached at the Special Olympics in the summer of 1994 through the Speech and Language Development Center, Buena Park, California. Tony realized he was on the right path to achieve his personal goals by assisting others to obtain their achievements and reach their maximum potential mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
He returned to college, earning a BA in psychology. He then attended the College of Physical Arts and earned certification as Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. Tony continued pursuing his education in the field of alternative and complementary therapies and earned a certification in Holistic Wellness.
In 2002, Tony founded Total Life Care in Orange County, California. Through Total Life Care, Tony promoted the knowledge and understanding of multiple aspects of complementary and alternative medicine including massage therapy, meditation, aromatherapy, healing touch, reflexology, and crystal healing just to name a few. Tony was instrumental in both teaching and treating a variety of clients with these healing techniques.
Tony began studying and assistant teaching Reiki to both new students as well as students of other Reiki styles in 2005. Tony was initiated as a “traditional” Usui Reiki Master in 2007. After years of teaching, researching, and practicing Reiki, he realized that Reiki was to be his life’s work, and founded TLC Reiki Society in 2009. Continuing to pursue his passion, Tony became initiated as a Certified ICRT Professional Reiki Master as well as a Registered ICRT Professional Karuna Reiki® Master.
In addition to teaching classes through TLC Reiki Society, Tony has been teaching Reiki for the past several years at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California which is included in both their Holistic Wellness and Massage Therapy programs.
He has committed himself to helping those who could not find help elsewhere by using effective natural and complementary transformational healing therapies.
He is also a Certified NLP Coach and Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapy Practitioner using these skills as an effective Transformational Coach.

Meet Mary Titus-MNLP, MTLT, MNLPC, MCht, CRM/T, C-VA, C-PTF, CSC, RN
Coach / Master Trainer / Practitioner / Teacher
Mary Titus has been involved with transforming self and achieving excellence for over 30 years - for herself and others. She has touched thousands of lives over these years - whether working in the health field as an RN supporting and mentoring persons who are coping (or not) with the harshness of life threatening illness, and death; in business - coaching and supporting managers in achieving their potential and meeting or exceeding their budget; working with sales managers and teams to keep them focused on their target; coaching and supporting employees at all levels - through trainings in team building dynamics; and with individual clients helping them to identify their passions and their values; reconnect with their resources;and realize their ability to live the life they want to live.
Mary continues to assist in transforming others through her coaching. She knows when she assists someone in identifying their passions in life, she can assist them to realize them.
She is also an inspiring and dynamic speaker conducting workshops on Passionate Living, Personal Development, Communication, Hypnosis, and NLP.
Mary founded Total Life Coaching and 'Get Your__Together' Workshops and Seminars in Excellence to assist others in identifying their ideal life, and achieving their potential - for any area of life.
She believes in the inherent 'Excellence' of everyone. "There may be times we don't actualize it in ourselves, there may be times we don't believe it in ourselves or in others, but Excellence is in all of us."
