Treatment sessions will include a combination of the modalities listed below depending on the needs of the individual client. A specific wellness plan will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Our classes/sessions very in size and therefore will be held in different locations from time to time. We will give you directions at the time you sign up for a particular class/session. For the most part, classes and sessions are held in Fountain Valley, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa.
